30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for:

  • ✅ Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • ✅ Defective or damaged items (any condition)
  • ✅ Wrong items shipped

Return Eligibility

Returnable Items:

  • Unopened fragrance bottles with intact seals
  • Products in original, undamaged packaging
  • Gift sets with all components included
  • Defective or damaged products (opened or unopened)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • ❌ Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons)*
  • ❌ Sale or clearance items (marked "Final Sale")
  • ❌ Gift cards
  • ❌ Products without original packaging
  • ❌ Items damaged due to misuse

Exception: Defective or damaged products can be returned regardless of opened status.


Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email support@darjamaioud.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include RA number inside package
  • Ship to address provided in authorization email

Important: Do not return items without an RA number—unauthorized returns may be refused.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method
  • Notification: Email confirmation sent

Return Shipping

Defective/Wrong Items:

 We pay return shipping – A prepaid label will be provided

Change of Mind:

 Customer pays return shipping – Use a trackable method

Refund Details

What You'll Receive Back:

  • Product purchase price
  • Original shipping fees (if item was defective/wrong)

What's Not Refunded:

  • Return shipping costs (for non-defective items)

Refund Timeline:

  • Processing: 5-7 business days after receiving return
  • Bank/Card Posting: Additional 3-10 business days (depends on your bank)

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

This ensures fastest processing and availability.


Damaged or Defective Products

Received a damaged or defective product? We're sorry and will fix it immediately.

What to Do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Order number
    • Photos of damage (packaging + product)
    • Description of defect

We'll Provide:

Wrong Item Shipped

Our mistake? We'll correct it immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If Tracking Shows "Delivered" But You Didn't Receive:

  1. Check with neighbors, building management, household members
  2. Verify delivery address in order confirmation
  3. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark early)
  4. Contact carrier directly with tracking number
  5. If unresolved after 48 hours, email us at support@darjamaioud.com

We may:

  • File a claim with the carrier
  • Issue a replacement or refund (after investigation)

Tip: We recommend shipping insurance for high-value orders ($150+).


Opened Fragrance Returns

Why We Can't Accept Opened Returns:

For health and safety regulations, we cannot resell opened fragrance products. This protects all our customers.

Exceptions:

  • Product is defective (doesn't match description, damaged bottle, quality issue)
  • Wrong fragrance shipped
  • Allergic reaction (with medical documentation)

In these cases, contact us immediately and we'll work with you.


Sale & Promotional Items

Items Marked "Final Sale":

  • Cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Clearly marked at checkout
  • Still eligible for return if defective/damaged

Discounted Items (Not Final Sale):

  • Follow standard return policy
  • Refund amount based on price paid

International Returns

Policy:

International customers may return products within 30 days.
