The perfume oils of Arabia are drawn from these exotic regions and contain high-quality ingredients such as oud, rose, and musk. Often simply referred to as "liquid gold," oud carries a deep woody smell. Added to it are roses to make it sweet and earthy-smelling musk to add warmth and depth. One of the most attractive features of Arabian perfume oils is their longevity. Unlike the alcohol-based perfumes, which tend to evaporate and smell good only for a short duration, the oil base in these perfumes sticks on the skin, giving a fragrance that lasts for hours, if not the whole day. As there is no alcohol in these oils, they do not dry to the skin and are, hence, more moisturising and skin-friendly. This lack of drying appeals most to sensitive skin types, making the oils more universally attractive
